Mail-In Relic / Autograph Commission
MAIL-IN RELIC / AUTOGRAPH COMMISSION
This option is for clients who already own an autograph and/or relic
and would like it professionally designed and built into a custom card.
You will mail your item to us after purchase.
All items are reviewed before final acceptance.

IMPORTANT – REVIEW & ACCEPTANCE
All mail-in commissions are subject to review upon arrival.
We reserve the right to decline a commission and return all submitted
materials and funds if:
• The item is physically incompatible with card construction
(for example: oversized or rigid items such as full pucks, balls,
plaques, or items that cannot be safely trimmed or integrated)
• The item is deemed too historically significant, rare, or valuable
to ethically alter (for example: museum-grade or high-value autographs)
• The item presents an unreasonable risk of damage during standard
card construction
If a commission is declined at this stage, the submitted item(s) will be
returned in their original, untouched condition and the full commission
amount will be refunded.

AFTER ACCEPTANCE
Once a mail-in commission has been reviewed and accepted:
• 50% of the total commission is considered a non-refundable deposit
• A digital mockup of the card will be created for approval
• At this stage, the relic or autograph has not been cut, trimmed,
or altered in any way
If the client chooses to cancel after acceptance:
• All submitted materials will be returned untouched
• The remaining 50% of the commission fee will be refunded
• The 50% deposit is retained to cover design time and planning
Once final approval is given and physical alteration begins,
the commission is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

MAILING INSTRUCTIONS
Do not mail any items until your order has been placed.
After checkout, please print a copy of your order confirmation
and include it with your mailed item(s).
Detailed mailing instructions will be provided after purchase via the email you provided during check out.
